This is a special week. It marks the 4 year anniversary of me starting Lindsay Does Languages. What started as a local company teaching individuals in their homes has now become more than I ever imagined possible 4 years ago.

I want to celebrate with you with a special giveaway!

I’ve learnt so much in that time and finally believe that I’ve found what I’m meant to do. I have had many jobs in the past (quite a few for my age!) but none have been more satisfying or taught me as much as Lindsay Does Languages.

The next year will be a year of growth and I have some exciting things coming up in the fifth year of business. But you’ll just have to wait and see on that!

There are 2 things I can share with you today.

Number 1

This Saturday, I’m hosting a free English class with the lovely Katie who blogs at Joy of Languages. Katie is an incredible English teacher (I should know – I made her give me a class!) and she’s now taking on new students for Lindsay Does Languages.

How will this work?

Having more student enquiries than I can take on means that I’ve wanted to grow my little team for a long time now but having your own name in the business name makes this kinda tricky.

I’ve spent a lot of time searching for the right person to work with new English students and Katie is that person.

Katie makes lessons fun and engaging whilst still keeping the content relevant and useful. She’s got a great teaching style and is very calm, patient, friendly and fun. Throughout the lessons, Katie keeps track of your new vocabulary and creates a list for you of new things you learn in your personal Google Drive folder hosted by us but shared with you.

You’re going to love her!

But as I said, my name is in the business name! What about me?!

Well, here’s how it works…

When you buy a package of 10 lessons, every 10th lesson is a Goal Setting & Coaching Session with me to make sure everything is working out just fine and that you’re making real progress. We consider your successes and struggles since the last time we spoke and I create a personalised study plan for you to keep you on track until we speak again.

This Saturday (16th April) Katie and I will be teaching a free class called How to Talk About The Future in English.
