September was a fun month over on Instagram with the Instagram Language Challenge! It was really great to see you building on the language you’d learnt with August’s #IGLC and creating sentences.

Ready for October? In October, the Instagram Language Challenge is all about opposites. Let’s do this.

How do I join in?

It’s pretty simple. You use the prompts to inspire some new language in the language you’re learning. But it’s completely open to interpretation.

For example, you don’t have to just directly translate the prompts. Instead you can use them to learn anything you want that coems to mind when you see the prompt.

This month is a little different. With the theme being opposites, we’ve got 2 words a day. I’m going for a direct translation of both words in Japanese, because that’s what I’d like to do, but as I said, interpret away, my friend!
